Clocks of Kingston was established in 1991 by Michael Bostock and Trevor Irving.
Michael had a catering and marketing background and used this to bring about a sandwich shop based on traditional values, which has since won many coveted awards, not least "The Best Sandwich Shop in Great Britain" voted by The British Sandwich Association in 1992.
